I trust this correspondence finds you in excellent health and great spirits. My name is Kyri Hayes, Owner and Artistic Director of Dynamite Dance Factory, a local dance studio located in Kennesaw, Georgia. Our mission at Dynamite Dance Factory is to bring joy, entertainment, confidence, and cultural enrichment to our community through the art of dance. This achievement is especially meaningful as Dynamite Dance Factory proudly stands as the only Black-owned dance studio in Kennesaw, Georgia, and we are continuing to expand as we move into our 8th year next season.
Dynamite Dance Factory offers recreational dance classes as well as several performance and competition teams for students seeking advanced training and opportunities to participate in workshops, conventions, and regional dance competitions. Our dancers train in a variety of styles, including contemporary, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, jazz, tap, and traditional ethnic dance. Students range in age from 2 to 18 years old and represent communities across Metro Atlanta, including Kennesaw, Marietta, Smyrna, Acworth, Powder Springs, Cartersville, and surrounding areas.
Dynamite Dance Factory has consistently been recognized for excellence within the arts community. Our studio was honored with the Readers’ Choice Award for Best Dance Studio in Kennesaw, recognizing the impact we have on our local community and the support we receive from it. We also have the privilege of being a community partner, performing annually at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration hosted by the Cobb County Branch of the NAACP in partnership with Cobb County Government. In addition, Dynamite Dance Factory was formally recognized as a 2024 Best of Georgia Winner!
Our competition and performance teams have also achieved tremendous success over the past several seasons. In the 2024-2025 season, Dynamite Dance Factory participated in the Kids Artistic Revue Competition, where our dancers received the prestigious Judges' Choice Award and earned Elite Top First overall placements. Our teams also competed at the Battle of the Dance Lines event in Macon, Georgia, where they earned 14 overall awards, including a 1st Place Platinum title.
Throughout the 2025-2026 competition season, our dancers continued to excel at multiple regional competitions. At the Fly Dance Competition, Dynamite Dance Factory received several Judges' Awards, and one of our teams was honored with the highly coveted “FLYest Crew Award.” At Elite Dance Competition, our Bitty Competition Team earned special recognition for their outstanding performance and entertainment value! Our dancers also participated in Groove Dance Competition in Snellville, Georgia, earning multiple 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall awards throughout the weekend! At the conclusion of the event, our studio was honored with the “Professionalism Award,” recognizing the dancers, staff, and families who demonstrated outstanding character, leadership, sportsmanship, and professionalism throughout the competition experience.
To conclude our current season, Dynamite Dance Factory will travel to Orlando, Florida, to compete at Platinum National Dance Competition, where our dancers will present several group routines and solo performances on a national stage. These opportunities continue to provide our students with valuable experiences that build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership both on and off the stage.

Our studio currently serves more than 130 families who attend classes weekly; our social media platforms reach thousands throughout the Metro Atlanta area; and over 600 guests attend our annual recital productions.

Monetary donations of any amount are sincerely appreciated. Sponsorships must be received by April 30, 2027, to be included in printed promotional materials, signage, and the annual recital program books for the 2026-2027 season. Sponsorships purchased after this date will be included in the printed promotional materials for the following season.
